All applicants will be reviewed for an unsecured credit card and may be approved for an unsecured, partially secured or fully secured credit card based on creditworthiness.
These credit cards are for the average consumer who needs a credit card for personal use.
After you submit your application, the issuer will review all provided information and will decide whether you qualify or not. If you qualify for an unsecured account, the issuer will send you an approval notification online. If you are approved for a secured credit account, the issuer will send you an e-mail where the amount of the security deposit will be provided. You can pay the security deposit over the phone or online using the link provided by the issuer.
You should contact Continental Finance, the servicing company, to find out the status of your application. For that you should call Customer Service at 1-866-499-4514.
If you are approved and paid your security deposit in full (if it is required), your credit card will be mailed within three business days. The issuer will also inform you of your credit limit. Upon approval, you will be given a $500 credit limit.
The online activation of Surge MasterCard is not available. For security purposes, the bank allows activation over the phone only. You should call at the phone number provided on your application. There should be a toll-free number printed on the sticker affixed to your new card. You will have 30 days to activate your card.
