Questions & Answers about the card:

I’m looking to apply for a Chase credit card. What is their best reward credit card for me?

It depends on your shopping habits and where you are going to use your card most. If you need a credit card for everyday expenses, then a cash back credit card will be an option for you. If you travel a lot and rarely eat at home, then choose the card that will reward you for travel purchases and dining outs. Don’t forget to pay attention to the card pricing. You won’t want a sky high interest rate and an annual fee on your credit card. Most rewards credit cards come with annual fees. So we recommend you to make some calculations to see if your potential rewards will cover the card’s annual fee.

What is the cash credit line on my Chase card?

To find out your cash credit line on your Chase card, you can view you last statement, log in to your online account and check the credit card’s account details. Or you can call customer service to get the information you need.

I see that my Chase card has a Cash Credit Limit, can you explain what it is?

Banks usually set limits on how much you can withdraw using cash advance. The cash credit limit is the amount from your total credit limit available for cash advances. Cash advances usually include ATM cash advances, over the counter cash advances, same-day online cash advances, cash equivalents, and applicable transaction fees.

When will my Chase credit card online payment be posted?

Typically it takes one day to process a payment. As for Chase credit card payments, if you make a payment before pm (Eastern time), your payment will be posted the same day (except Saturday – it will be posted on Sunday). If you make a payment after 8pm (Eastern time), your payment will be posted the next day (except Friday – it will be posted on Sunday).
