Can I add an authorized user to my First Progress card?

Yes, you can add an authorized user to your account. To do that you should contact the credit card issuer and leave a request. Note that authorized users are not liable for account expenses and fees. You as a primary cardholder will bear all responsibility for the account.

Will my First Progress card say “secured” and what will be the security deposit?

Your First Progress credit card won’t have the word “secured” on it. You will see words “Platinum”, “First Progress”, “Mastercard”, and your name. As for the security deposit, your security deposit should be not less than $200. The security deposit should be paid before your card is issued.

How to apply for First Progress credit card?

An easy and fast way to apply for a First Progress credit card is to fill out and submit an online application form. Today, all First Progress credit card offers are available online. The bank offers credit cards for any type of credit. When you apply for the card, you will be asked to pay a security deposit. If you fail to pay your security deposit, the issuer won’t give you your credit card even if you are approved.

What do I need to qualify for First Progress credit card?

The general requirements for the First Progress credit card are the following: you should be at least 18 years old (19 if you live in Alabama and Nebraska), have a valid social security number, physical address and a stable income. You may have bad credit, limited credit or no credit at all and still qualify for the card. However, the credit card is not currently available in Arkansas, Iowa, New York, or Wisconsin.
